Histories, agendas, lives put into boxes and displayed.
"lives were around me", sort of a guided tour of the historical center of Vancouver, the Vancouver Police Centennial Museum, and the Coroner's examination room. Using text from James Kelman's Novel "Translated Accounts" and the city itself, the displaced, imagined and translated narratives of the lives that surround us are encountered.
Begins winter 2008-2009.
